BAD SERVICE

I bought a stove sometime in Electric Express in Kroonstad, to start with seat in that store for more than an hour, every customer who came after me was serviced and left the store. I gave them all my details including my banking details when i was buying the stove, amazingly a month or two later i get a call saying i must go and make a payment #shocking# I ask the consultant why must i go and make a payment when you guys have all my banking details, the consultant OK she sounded NYC and she was calm, she told that i need to make a certain deposit, and she said she'll send me the banking details via email " I never got that" OK that's still fine, a week later some stupid with lady calls me and tell me that my account has been handed over to her since I'm not paying, i got off and I still am.

why don't you guys just debit your deposit money immediately or debit it when ever you want, because right now I am seating with a bad credit record because of your inconvenience caused.
