I changed banks from ABSA to FNB and transfered all my debit orders accordingly, all that is except MTN! After spending ages on the phone with someone, giving all my new details, MTN still couldnt get it right. low and behold my debit bounced at my old bank, after MTN customer service phoning me to find out why the debit was not paid, and I again gave them all my new details, they then send through a double debit on the new account, I then try and het MTN to reconnect my internet services, it takes 2 freeling weeks, 5 frustrating phone calls before someone finally cathes a wake up at MTN and activates my correct simm card! Now thats fine, and that proves that they finally have my new banking details correct... low and behold this month... NO DEBIT!!! And to top it off, they cut off my internet connection AGAIN!!! I am so done with MTN, absolute pathetic service! I cant wait for thos contract to end!
