I, received the Blackberry Q5 on a new contract at Chatz vanderbijlpark, so i took it in to the Vodacom repairs shop in Vanderbijlpark coz the ear speaker started to make noises i waited for like 2 weeks to get my phone back they told me that they did fix the problem. about 3 to 4 days later i went back to the repairs shop for the LED light did not want to switch off no matter what so they did software. and when i went to pick up my phone it still had the same problem so i did not take it they booked it in again and on Monday 16 September 2013 i went to receive it again and i had the phone for about 4 hours and i went back to them so that they can fix the phone i received my phone today (Thursday 19 September 2013) and still the LED light can't be switched off. i am fed up with this phone and the problems for i am paying for something that i can't use... i want a brand new Blackberry Q5 sealed in the box or Vodacom must cancel my contract
