Today i'm very unhappy. I have a Blackberry 9790 and was working fine after about 1 year the phone started switching on and off by itself, i took it in to Vodacom which they did send it for repairs, and they did software update as they said that could be the problem, i received it back and they said the phone has got no problems on it and took it home i then went home switched on the phone and 30 min after it has the same problem i then went back where they loaded software again and tested it again which they told me i will need to replace the battery as this is the problem, which I did and it worked fine for about one month and then it started again. now i took it back in again and now they tell me its water damage. how can this be? after one month? why did they not pick this up the first time it was there and told me everything is fine with the phone after they send it in, they also did software update twice? now this cant be happening and they tell me the quote for fixing the problem is over R2000, i will not pay this and will cancel my contract with them really cant believe this... water damage???
