New Blackberry phone 3 times in for repairs

On 12/04/2013 I bought a red blackberry 9320 model REW71 RDV53360187 IMEI 354011059761428, my first complain to vodacom shop highveld mall shop 38 Witbank 02/08/13 .The phone rebooted it self but never came on Job nr 9085064 . 13/08/13 Vodacom sms me told that I can collect my phone fixed by Advance Store, phone was never tested but they said it was fixed on 13/8/13 when I switched it onit was still faulty nothing was done. 15/8/13 the phone was returned for repair Job nr 9115791 . They said they will refund me with a new phone. When I got the phone back on 26/8/13, I did check the phone if it was a new phone, why when I switched the phone on 18/9/13 only light on screen and blank screen took it back for 3rd time on 22/9/13 Job nr 9219777 n I told the sales person that it was supposed to be a new phone Vodacom technician said it was a refurbishment., I really want my money back because it was a new phone that I bought, paid cash and no joy out of the blackberry, contact me on 082 584 2507, I want my money back refunded to buy my child a new / other phone thank you Christa.
