Vodacom
I am tired of this

I took out a contract in December for a blackberry 9320. in January the phone started troubling. i then sent it in for repairs and it came back with only a software upgrade being done on it, it then went in another 4 times wit the same results. i was then given someone elses refurbish phone which also had a problem. this phone also went in twice for repairs. i was then told i would get a 48hr swop, out but i received the same phone back. i am very unhappy with vodacom. i would now like to receive a brand new phone that is sealed in a box. i was very patient and understanding but now iv had enough.
