Very poor service

In June 2013 a member of my staff, Tasneem Haffajee, took her Blackberry cellphone to Autopage Gatewayto have it repaired as she had a contract with them. After two months they returned the cellphone to her unrepaired, which she did not take. They then sent it back again for repair and after a further two months have returned it unrepaired. In the interim, she has cancelled her account with them. In the four month that she has been without her cellphone, she has been billed for BIS despite not being able to use it. They have refused to refund her this money. Not only is it unacceptable that the cellphone was retained and unrepaired for 4 months but it is deplorable that she has been billed for services which she was unable to use due to their tardiness and poor service. Again, Autopage lives up to their reputation of appalling service.
