Blackberry 9360 unrepaired and not replaced for over 2months

My blackberry died and was booked in for repair at City View branch Dbn on 19January2013.It was returned to that branch February unrepaired status BER (beyond economical repair) due to component failure. As per the branch manager Mark my unit is a registered Cell C unit therefore out of warranty whilst Im paying for an Mtn contract which has a 2year warranty and this blunder was caused by now closed Springfield branch. My problem was escalated to repair manager Charl Swanepoel at H/O in February. It is now April and I am no closer to getting an operational blackberry. I am paying for a contract but have no phone, paying for BIS that I cant use either but incompetent Autopage gets richer every day taking advantage of poor customers like myself. They have given me no feedback whatsoever and I have spent petrol and airtime at an additional cost to me to get these buffoons to do their job but in vain. My unit is back at the repair centre now and is all of sudden within economical repair... REALLY NOW?
