Illigal default refused to be removed after I paid

Long story short. I had a neotel line and data, it barley worked so I cancelled it. They then said i owed them the equipment and a cancellation fee. I returned the grear to cedar. I hear nothning for months, then they debit my account for R1550. I ask why they say due to equipment not returned. So i say it is returned. Neotel then track it and tell me they can only find the handset. So i say impossible, then they track it again, weeks later and a second attempt to debit my account I get a call saying no equipment returned. Then they find it all and then call to say they found none, then they say all returned but no router returned, so i return a personal router and then they stil l say I owe them only now its R880. All the time they list a default of R1550 on my credit profile, I then get tired of fighting them, pay the R880 to be told they cant and wont remove the default they listed for THE WRONG AMOUNT R1550 when the invoice I "owed them was R880 and PAID IN FULL now. I want this default removed as it 1 - the wrong amount 2 - should never have been there in the first place, I have called them 30 times and sent 50 mails to no avail and Managers talk to me can then NEVER call back
