I took out a contract on the 31-10-13 for the Sony Xperia Z1 and contacted customer care on the 01-11-2013 regarding the call limit. On the 27-11-2013 i enquired what my balance is regarding the sony xperia Z1 as i never received any notification indicating my data usage has exceeded the call limit. i was informed that the account balance for December 2013 is currently on R1100 and something. A complain was logged in to the accounts department on the 28-11-13 however im still awaiting for their response. I am really off with Vodacom's Pathetic service. I have two ocntracts with them and wont ever upgrade again with them. they are easy to wanting your money but cant return a call and provide effective service.
