Pathetic!!!

I have posted a report a few weeks ago and nothing has helped. Went though to midland voda world and still no luck. I have had to repair yet another phone that I received back from repairs Bout three weeks ago this is now the SEVENTH handset in a year and TEN months. When I asked for the senior person in charge I got a lady Promise who 'helped' me and she didn't promise anything! I have now had it and when I tried to cancel my contract I now have to pay in to cancel? In the national consumers act I may cancel a contract at any given time!!! I am absolutely fed up I have never had so many problems and no help whatsoever. This is the most ridiculous company I have ever had to deal with there is no one person who can sort this problem out and I get people who do not apparently have the 'authority' to change my handset and even attempt to make me happy and try and put my faith back into the company. I am FINISHED with VODACOM! They don't even try and keep the customers they have. VODACOM IS PATHETIC!! And they still expect me to pay??? With NO service or SOLUTION!!!
