How many times must handset go back

I was so happy when I got my handset back from vodacom repairs yet its a problematic hadset once again ..so is vodacom gona tell me to bring it back again.book it in .gets sent away .no loan phone.and still expect me to pay my contract .this is pathetic.the client has to go up and down .surely there must be a competent person that can see how long this matter is going on .there's 2 solutions... cancel contract so that I can go over to cellc ot allow a early upgrade and keep client.really now this cannot continue..its costly to keep bringing my phone in 2verytime amd geting a problematic handset back... I'm really tired of this now..does vodacom have proper technicians?? why aren't they testing these refurbished units beforre sending to client... I really regret being woth vodacom... they dnt care about the client
