Cell C Manages to F*&@ UP... once again

How incompetent can one single company be? Is there anything you can't stuff up? Why do I have to complain on such a regular basis?

Topic for today: Gross incompetence... again. I can not remember how many times I have changed my email address with these bunch of clowns... and once in a while they decide to revert back to the old email address. And then I don't get my emails, and then I have to phone in, and then I have to listen to their stupid song, and then it goes ok for a while... until they stuff it up again.

Lets try this slowly and in big words...
