I am so fed up with Vodacom. I have a contract with them and for the past couple of months have had nothing but from them. First it was the fact that a lady from Vodacom "forgot" to set a limit when we signed that we wanted a limit there. I was then told to pay for the extra couple of hundreds that i never agreed to or get itemised billing (which i had to pay for myself) and then they would investigate. There is a document that says i didnt want it to exceed a certain limit and that it would be set, i dont understand why i had to go through all of that if i signed. Then the signing of papers was clearly a waste of my time.

Anyway, i was late for payment (solely my fault) and made payment about three weeks ago and from then my phone has been locked about three times because there are charges that just have suddenly come up and everytime i call, there is no one who can clearly explain to me what is happening. Now i am trying to call their contract termination line and they are experiencing high call volumes. Stayed on the line for over 20minutes and still didnt speak to anyone.
