Billed R 1190 too much!

I logged a complaint on Tuesday 10.09 regarding an amount of R 1499 which was debited from my account. I gave no-one the authorisation to upgrade or change my contract with you people. I was promised feedback within 24hrs which I didnt receive, and have in fact received no response yet at all. Linda Mtomba is supposed to be giving me feedback - I have heard nothing. I have sent through the required docs (which I had to call in to then only find out you needed as no-one has called me at all regarding this complaint) but I have heard NOTHING. I want a response now please. It is illegal for you to debit such a sum from my account without my authorisation and I want a full refund ASAP. Ref # S3-T0E1D-D27G1
