A department of FNB called Quickfix reserved funds on my account without authorisation or notice on Monday 22 July. I called FNB on Tuesday and they gave me Quickfixes telephone number which I have persistently tried since Tues and no-one answers or returns calls. I went into a branch on Wed morning and they tried the Quickfic number to no avail and then advised I need to lodge a complaint online after refusing to allow me to see a manager. I lodged a complaint and got a reference number and as per FNB policy I should have feedback in 24 hours. I never got any feedback and called on Thursday to follow up and they could not trace my complaint and put me through to another department where I spoke to Zama who promised to assist and get back to me. It is now Saturday and I have not had any feedback and have now lodged a telephonic complaint and been asked to wait again for feedback. So not only have FNB money from my account illegally and without authorisation they are cleverly pushing me from pillar to post to avoid resolving my case!!
