MTN does and call center agents poor service

MTN roaming service does not work the way they say it does on their website. I bought airtime while overseas (UK). I could not load it, under their instructions. they now refused to give me a refund for the airtime I bought. two calls on the 20th and one call on the 28th of JULY had call centre agents make false promises to respond to my refund request. OSCAR and MUSA HLATSHWAYO made promises to call me back with their supervisors. REF: 102272080. it is now 17 SEPTEMBER and NO supervisor has contacted me. I have cancelled my contract with MTN maybe prepaid will be better, and I am not a happy person with the ridiculous treatment you have given me.
