Please assist urgently, my husband was contacted 18 months ago for the o2o benefit with markhams (TFG)
it did sound like a good contract but at the end it was not worth it because the call charges were high and with 2 calls the airtime will be finished.
we contacted the call centre twice to cancel this contract the second call the lady cancelled the contract on the "7th june 2013"
he has bought himself and a blackberry and we sruggled to load the airtime yesterday when we contacted MTN we were told to contact TFG mobile and they will load this for us.i contact the lady today and now told that we must ensure that all the airtime is used up, his contact numbers are saved, and his number will be reactived in 48hours...
firstly this is not the service we expect to receive?
if the first call to you was received and actioned we would not face this situation
secondly we have bought the airtime yesterday and received 50% extra airtime and we have been told that we will loose R90 worth of airtime?
thirdly my husband travels alot and cannot be without his phone or his no?
Why do we need to contact you guys again to reactivate?
