Contract Mess Up

I signed the R79 deal on the Galaxy Pocket, which comes with bonus 500MB data.

Two things went wrong.

-Promotional data bundle was Not loaded. Not even pro rated amount. Only the all net data was loaded.
-Port has still not gone through and the temporary number is still active on the sim card.

This is highly unprofessional. I expect my services to be correct first time.
