Nashua broke my phone and has made it my problem!!

I handed in my phone 2 months ago at the Tygervalley branch for software issues and a loose back cover.
I sent it back for repair three times,
The first time I was told it had water damage but it never been near water.
It was then sent back for repair after I complained, when it came back again the software was fixed but the sides of the phone were broken.
It was then sent for a third time so they could replace the cover they broke.
A replacement cover couldn't be sourced apparently according to their technical department, which I find very strange. I was then contact by the technical manager who said if I could find the parts in Cape Town, Nashua would cover the cost.
I was told by Nokia it would cost R1500 to repair the damage done by Nashua technicians. I am now waiting for a response on a replacement phone because the cost for repair was too high.
I am shocked at the lack of urgency in addressing a very basic issue not to mention the fact the Nashua has made their issue mine. If I break something I replace it, I thought this is how everyone operates.
Instead I was made to wait and now run around sourcing parts,
Nashua's customer service or lack thereof is awful.
