MULTICHOICE: DO NOT USE THE DEBIT ORDER OPTION

I opted to use the Debit order function to pay my account and was advised that my second debit order would be R100 less that the first. (DISCOUNT). I was then debit twice between 1 AND 6 March for the Full amount and their second debit remains to be authorised.
I called the call centre a week prior to my debit order set for the 1st of March as i noticed on the internet service that the full amount would be going off. What had happened to the discount?? I was assured that it would be rectified before the debit order was completed. Low and behold, on the first R590.00, still no discount as promised. I called again on the day of the debit order and was told the matter would be resolved within 24 hours. Another promised escalation. I called again today at 09:35 and was transfered to a supervisor and yes, once again he escalated and promised his assistance. I Called bacy again at 12:45 and spoke to Ruth Phiri who stated that she saw no notes made by said supervisor who previously took my call. When i asked to speak to a manager or be transfered, i was give ANOTHER reference number and no assistance. What i did receive was a completely different explaination to the first.
