Empty promises

I ordered a mordem with cell c and it did not work where i stay because there is no connection, i called them back and logged a complain within 7 days as per my conversation with their consultant, they logged a case and promised to collect within 7 days, i waited but noone came, i called them back and they said they still coming, 2 weeks went passed nothing heppened, i called again and a lady i spoke to said the was no booking made for the parcel to be collected and she promised to call me back and arrange a booking and she never did. i called again and the lady that i spoke to said she can not find any trace of my query and asked for the case number i gave it to her and she said she can not pick up anything. she said she will look for the call recordings and call me back and she never did, i called back again and the lady that i spoke to said they will come yesterday and no one came i called today and the lady that i spoke to said they will come today, i am still waiting nothing has heppened yet. i has been a month and twoo weeks with no assisstance with cell c.
