Mweb has been throttling us constantly for the past two weeks. UNcapped, clearly does not have the same meaning for us as users and them as suppliers.

In accordance with their FUP, we have been warned ONCE (usage was approx 450gig), this was last year.

This year, no warnings were issued and we have been throttled to 50kbps on a 2mbps line. We will be throttled for 3/4 days, unthrottled for 1 day and then the throttling is back. 50kbps is simply unusable.

Our usage is on average 300 gig per month used mainly for gaming, updates and streaming.

On this note, friends of ours, who's ISPs range from Afrihost, Cybersmart to Telkom, have NO throttling issues, and their usage is more than ours.

And on that note, I have given my 30 day's notice, and will soon move to a new ISP.
