I have requested that my statements are emailed to me every month. The only time this has happened, is when I have lodged complaints. It is a year later and this is still not done on a monthly basis. I really can't understand why my statements don't get emailed to me as requested on numerous occasions?
I called on Friday to report that I am paying for 12 month interest, but my account is set up on a 6 month payment plan?? I was told that this was an error from the person who loaded my purchase and that it would be fixed and taken off my account. I was also told that this was only for the month of September, but when I had a look at the August statement online, I saw that I paid the same interest in August as well?? And don't forget that Abraham (the person I spoke to on Friday) said they would email me all my statements for the year!! It is 4 days later and still no statements... what a shocker

My request are as follow:

Will Edgars pretty please send me my statements for every month since opening my account and on a monthly basis onwards??
Could you please ensure that the 12 month interest I have been paying (for 2 months that I can see online) is taken off my account??
