No satisfaction..as no-one wants to help me

I upgraded my 2 cellphone accounts middle Aug... the 1 they upgraded no problem..the other got a new number. on my asking why..i was told i shud have told them i wanted to keep my number??? UPGRADE??? This means i have to pay sim and connection AGAIN!!! I now got a bill for over R1400..i have to pay full august for the phone even though i only got it about the 19th Aug?? the answer i get is that the device is NOT PRO RATA???
Customer care tells me to go into a shop..and when i get there i am told "sorry mam there is nothing i can do for you, this is a problem for accounts department"..When i phone accounts i am told to please go into a shop!!!???
Can it really be THAT difficult?
