I have a complaint against MTN about a contract account that was terninated on 26 November 2012 with reference no.94348277. Now I have received a letter from VVM informing me that I owe MTN R 2642.58 and its a final notice. I dont understand how that the amount came to be R 2642.58, as my monthly instalment was only R189 per month. MTN have never contacted me concerning this issue I only contacted by VVM about the account. The account reference no. is A0951912. I now receive intimadating phone calls from VVM.
