Can't login to MTN Active to see my accounts

MTN Active, the clients portal, is NOT USER-FRIENDLY at all. Can't access it to see my portal. Login is impossible.

Can't login with login details I use to login. Then a reset message appear. They send me a password, but if I put it at the password space at login a new page appear, which ask my old password, which was the problem from the beginning. No it doesn't work this way, MTN prevent their clients to login. Why MTN Active if you can't use it?
