COMPLETE RIP OFF!!

I was unable to pay my contract for about 6 months. i finally got it up to date at the end of August and was waiting for my number to be activated. i finally checked it last night and it was active with R51 airtime loaded. now i am on a top up R200 contract, WHERE did ALL the airtime from the last 6 months disappear to? i sacrificed to pay my subscription, surely i should be allocated what i am due?? i PAID for it after all. and thats not all - i checked my 141 loyalty points balance (i knew i had a lot of points before my account was in arrears) and it says that i am not registered. i registered again and my points balance is now 0! after speaking to a consultant, i was advised that since my account was deactivated from the newtork, all balances disappered and its like i am a new customer now. i definitely wont be a customer for long!! i have been a loyal MTN subscriber since i hardly had any network problems but 8ta seems the better option since they dont their customers over!! i will be porting as soon as my contract expires!!
