X 10 THANK U POINTS NOT ALLOCATED AS YET

I made purchases to the value of R799, 95 at the Edgars Greenstone Shopping Centre on 24 May 2013. I made this purchase on this particular date as there was a promotion where you would earn x 10 thank u points. I queried my balance a week later (as the balance on the website was incorrect), and my points were still not allocated. After another week's of phoning and querying, the points were finally allocated, but not x 10 as was supposed to. I queried this too, also logged two complaints on the website and up until now my correct amount of points has not been allocated to me. I am actually starting to think whether this earn x 10 thank u points is just a marketing tactic aimed at customers. Why is it taking forever for my points to be allocated to me? I can only imagine how unfairly thousands of customers are treated in the similar way, as I'm sure not everybody checks and query their points balance - who has the time for this? Co-incidently I decided to check, and sadly discovered this. I've been a loyal customer for 22 years and I just wish we were treated fairly, honestly.
