I upgraded a contract on a MTN topup 200 to a Samsung S4. The initial special being. Samsung Galaxy S4 with 150mb of data included @ R 489-00 pm. At the time we had to fill out a manual contract as the system was down. The consultant Mariska Visser changed the amounts on the contract after we left the store to R 529 as she forgotten to put on extra VAS that we never requested.the manager Callum Moore assured us that this was a sistem error and that it would be changed back to the correct amount (which upon every time phoning has not been done) After we were promised that the phone will arrive in 3 working days i got it only after the 8th (i could have waited and gotten the cheaper price) there was no mention of the data not being activated which resulted in me losing 300 worht of airtime in automatic updates.every time there is a query on the acc the phone stops working on internet. i do not want this phone as I was mislead and the was comitted on my acc. I now sit with an invoice of R 573.00 without my package being loaded and i need to load my own pre paid bundels
