Loyalty Points

This is the second time that I have been trying to accumulate my loyalty points only for it to disappear! I had a balance of 610, 698.00 on the 19/12/2013. I then made 2 separate purchases on the 27/12/2013 for R435.00 and R995.00 - both of which shows a loyalty point balance of 312, 915.00. I have NEVER used these points and then today I purchased an amount of R329.95 and my points dropped to 7, 566.00. So it seems to me that the more I spend with Edcon the more of my points disappear and I don't even have the chance to redeem them myself. I have all my slips as proof. This is pathetic.
