POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I wish MTN could understand the frustrations they putting me through. Firstly I applied for a cell phone contract on the 17 July 2013 and due to MTN's incompetence I only received the handsets on the 10 September 2013 imagine two months later, the numerous phone calls, time and effort I had to put in to get these phones. Furthermore after receiving these phones I am still not able to use it. The sim card given for this new phone is in-active and I have made numerous request to have it activated and I am given the same information all the time it will take 48hrs. The 48hrs is long past and still not active on the network. The service MTN renders is horrendous; the majority of staff is incompetent. Simple instructions cannot be executed at first hand, one needs to push and sit on them to get simple things done. Furthermore when I applied for these phones the monthly subscription was R429 monthly excluding the (18% staff discount). I have noticed that the monthly cost has dropped to R399, I except the monthly tariffs to be amended as well considering it took you MTN, 2 months to deliver the phones. If not you can have your phones back...
