I have 3 phones on contract. In April I checked the available airtime on one of the phones which is being used by my Father who is 85 years old and there was a total of R500 available with a monthly top up of R100 going into the account. On Monday he advised that he could not make calls as there was no airtime available. Something I found strange as e makes very few calls.
I phoned on Tuesday and asked for a detailed account of what calls had been made to use up all this airtime. Was told I could only get for the last 3 months at a cost of r20 per month. I was assured it would be emailed to me.
NOTHING was done.
Phoned again this morning and was told that the person who I dealt with had recorded that I did not want to pay the R60 and so nothing had been done. Hopefully after having to listen to all the options available to me I will get this information. I now have to pay someone to do their job - why was this not done correctly the first time.
I also get a statement emailed to me monthly - guess what only on 1 phone.
I have upgraded all 3 phones lately - guess what - the address and contact numbers have not been corrected. Does anyone do anything that they are paid to do
