PHONE HAS NO NETWORK SERVICE

I took out a cellphone contract with Bayport a long time ago but was told the contract was declined. To my surprise i received a call to say that the contract all of a sudden was approved. I received a Samsung s3 mini about 3 months ago. The phone worked fine about a month the phone had no network coverage i cant make calls, send sms`s etc. A consultant emailed me what to do but still it doesnot want to work. When I applied the first time the Contract that I wanted was 2 phones a Blackberry and a Samsung for the same amount i am currently paying for but for some other reason when the contract was approved I got a Samsung s3 mini which is not the phone I applied for in the first place. I want the phones i applied for seeing as this phone is giving me to much problems.
