Phones not working right. from the start

The Sony Ericson x 10 mini pro I took out a contract for my parents where they got 2 of the phones. From the start the phones froze, turned side ways the screen without being moved and when they had to end a call the red phone on the screen did not work they had to take out the battery. the phones were sent in to see what was wrong both phones returned numerous times then they gave my parents one new Sony Ericson X Peria x10i phone which they replaced and they wold have done it with the second one too but then they sent one that did not have aback cover and battery, charger or memory card and the screen was scratched. Then they wanted to give my parents a refurbished phone. But the phones they gave in was new and they have not received any services out of the phones. Please help this problem is from the time they received the phones
