PAYING FOR BIS WHEN SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED!!

Hi,

My wife recently subscribed for 2 cell phone contracts from 8TA. A Blackberry Bold 9790 and a 9900.
This is my main concern:

1> From the day that the phones were activated for the BIS service, messages are constantly never delivered. This occurs randomly at no specific time or location.

2> The BIS is completely offline for long periods of time. Sometimes late at night and mostly on weekends.

3> Both cell phones "freeze" quite often. I have friends with the same phones but on different networks. Their thoughts are always positive towards the phone. This makes me wonder, have I maybe been provided with defected phones?

4> I was told that these contracts could be topped up after the minutes expire. Not the case! Now I am required to pay a further amount to switch to top up!

Taking the above into account I am extremely disappointed as I use this phone for work matters and I can therefore not perform my duties due to my service being forever offline and unreliable!

I refuse to pay a monthly subscription and fee for a service that is not provided. According to the consumer act, in simple terms, I should not be paying for a service that is not fully provided.
