I have logged a fault for Packet loss of around 10% on my line on the 27th of August 2013. To date the problem has not been resolved and no indication of when i can expect to have a working connection again. This has now been a issue for 20 days. Last feedback received was on the 10 September 2013 indicating that you are awaiting a upstream response.

Emails requesting an update to CRM, Craig, Riaan and Annari is not responded on. The time frames for fault resolution as per your website has not been adhered to.
