Issues attended to (1 1/2 months later) Now Happy

Regarding my complaint about Cell C Head Office and Defective S3 mini - Busi has since been in touch and voided my previous contract (just awaiting the refund). Cell C Blue Route has supplied a better phone (awesome S4 mini) on a new contract (last week), and my SIM swap was completed yesterday.

I am now a happy customer and would like to thank Shafeera and Clyde from the Blue Route store for being absolute stars throughout this whole saga, and models of what Cell C service should be like. Thanks also to Busisiwe Vilakazi for her telephonic assistance and actions in this matter.

Since there has been no response to my secondary feedback to CellC on HelloPeter (regarding their follow-up when I awaited the results of their investigation into the strange SIM appearance in my new out-the-box S3 mini before I received the phone - which later revealed a curve-to-curve crack not visible below screen guard) I am unable to change my previous report from a complaint to a compliment (sigh, responses lacking again, tsk, tsk).
