MTN the nightmare

I have a contract with mtn and since my upgrade it has nothing but a nightmare. Firstly my sim swap was not done properly, chased after them to fix the problem and it took it over 2 weeks to resolve. I was billed a large amount because the people I communicated with failed to explain anything to me or later could not explain the bill. Now I am being over billed again and when I called the call centre yet again they could not explain. Because I still have airtime and data so I fail as do they to explain the over charge. Every time I call the centre it takes over an hour for anyone to pick up or they never they pick up and I refuse to pay for a service I do understand or is not explained to me. MTN is becoming the worst service provider to be tied down to. Their service is terrible and they never follow up as promised instead you invest hours chasing after who do not know how to do their jobs properly and prefer to about getting back to you with no intent of doing so. I will no longer attempt to call them and hold for that longer. Should I need get a response on this matter soon, I will only pay what is stipulqted in my contract until this matter is resolved.
