Promised to call same day or next, still no call

This is the third complaint about MTN. I am still waiting for a feedback after the call centre representative informed me that someone would call me the same day or the next. I still have been unable to utilize the package I pay for on a monthly basis. I have so many reference numbers it is really getting ludicrous.
