Having been a customer since 2003 and until I had to renew my contract in July, never had a problem. Since then, had nothing but drama. After explaining why I needed to downgrade my account to a prepaid one, I was told about a special, which I accepted and signed the agreement. When my bill arrived, I was shocked to see it was not what I had agreed and was not prepaid. After apologising, the matter was 'corrected', but the special was no longer available, I had to accept a lesser offer at a higher price. BIS is included in the total price, yet I have to call every month and have this facility activated. I can hold for up to fifteen minutes, using my money, before anybody is available. My last contract, I was able to load BIS myself. Nobody can explain to my why I can no longer do this. I have had a number of explanations which make no sense and all different. Why do call centre staff hardly ever know their products - and if not, put me through to somebody who does. The majority of your staff show that the company really does not have respect for the people who support them. I will never renew my contract with you again and if it was possible, cancel my contract today.
