Ripped off by Cell C & terrible response

Cell C ripped me off financially and materially after I bought a phone that is faulty and they are demanding a large amount of money for that faulty phone. Their consultant who called me after I wrote to Cell C was EXTREMELY bad in every way as far as customer service is concerned and never wanted to listen to me but was trying to pin me down to pay the money Cell C wants from me. The name of this consultant is Tebogo Tsopetsi, a written correspondence consultant. This guy is very very very rude and doesn't know how to deal with clients. I had a complaint of being ripped off by Cell C which he couldn't handle to my satisfication and I asked him for someone on the next level to assist me but he flatly refused saying there was no way and nowhere he was referring that case to for further help. It is surpring that he is the first port of call and the final port of call for Cell C. I have a genuine complaint against Cell C but he denied me justice on the first hurdle. Cell C ripped me of money over a phone that is not working and has been in for repairs 4 times already. They never gave me a contract to sign on the type of contract I took & never received statements or correspondence.
