Unfair Treatment by Vodacom

On numerous attempts to get vodacom to understand that i had received a faulty phone from their westgate branch. i am still being told to to pick up the repaired phone. the phone was faulty as when it was put on charge for the first time the area around the charger input blew and left debris all on the inside of the screen. what upsets me the most. even though they argue that because they cannot replicate the fault i must accept the repaired phone. i am disgusted at how i have been treated by them and going to change all three phones in my home to another network. i will be issuing a registered letter to vodacom and because they will not replace a faulty phone cancel my contract with them by refusing to pay my contract (block the debit order) until this matter is rectified.
