6 months to process claim

On 20 Nov 2012 I logged a call with Isure about broken tiles in my passage and cracks in my patio. 3 weeks later I had to phone to find out why nobody has contacted me. Another 3 weeks later I managed to contact the assessor directly and I managed to get them to come and investigate. The claim was fully approved and contractor would have started first week in February due to extreme workload.
Exactly 6 months later (20 May 2013), after numerous other people got involved, the claim has been approved "again". although only partially.
After insisting on payout to myself on 6 May 2013, and not waiting for another contractor, it was promised that the claim was paid 20 May 2013, although nothing has been received.
