CIB not approving claim 777598518 03 / C35982

I was involve in an car accident in September 2012. I lodge a claim against the other parties (urban foods) insurance company CIB. Since then I am still waiting for CIB to approve the claim and fix my vehicle. Every second week CIB gives me a new excuse.
