Cancelled Contract -Debit order still taking place

I called to Vodacom on the 28th May 2013, to cancel my vodacom contract Prematurly (0827433752). I recieved the "premature cancellation Quotation" I made the payment and forward through the scanned copy of the Premature cancellation quotation, Proof of payment (R927) and ID on the 31st May 2013, a couple of Days later I recieved confirmation that the contract was cancelled.
Today being the 21st of June, I get an Sms from my bank stating that a debit has taken place on my account from for the contract that was closed.
This is really pathetic service from Vodacom's side as the reason for me cancelling is to keep my debit amounts to a minimum. Strange enough, I am not surprized by this incompetence as this is vodacom after all.
I Called in to the Retentions Department (0821958) and spoke to Zweli Mdadambane in the Midrand contact center, who released the call on me.
I called in and requested a different agent to put Zweli back on the phone, Zweli ended up fighting with me rather than trying to resolve my issue.

I find this level of service from vodacom pathetic, no one has given me feedback yet.
