Beware, Telkom will give you what they want!

My son decided to apply for adsl internet with Mweb. They said that he must go to telkom to apply for a line and then the line would be migrated to Mweb. He told the salesperson at Telkom Clearwater what he wanted. The person produced paperwork and the deal was done. When he applied for the migration to Mweb, it could not be done. After a long struggle, he was told that he entered a contract with Telkom for two years.!!! Now he is paying much more for a line for services he does not require.
We have all the emails sent to Telkom to try and solve this. It is clearly not working and Telkom is not responding. We want the contract cancelled and a refund for all the money paid extra that is not related to dsl line rental.
Our confidence in Telkom is very low.

He clearly stated that he wanted a dsl line to migrate to Mweb. How could this possibly translate into a contract?
The person asked him if he wanted a telephone package to which he replied NOOOOO . This question was asked 2 or 3 times.

WE ONLY WANT A DSL LINE TO MIGRATE TO OUR SERVICE PROVIDER.
