MTN encourages not there for the custome

I have a top up contract with MTN. For the past few months my airtime gets used as soon as the top up amount comes through every month the amount gets swiped out. Called MTN they say i have subscribed for services through MIRA and Buongiorno. I have never subscibed for any services.

What is the worst part is that instead of MTN confirming with the customer if they have subscribed they take some word that you have subsrcibed and then give you the customer the run around to sort out this problem. Totally disgusted with MTN you need better controls in place. MTN says i need to call MIRA and Buongiorno to get proof that i subscribed the worst part is that the companies phone numbers only allows to unsubsrcibe you cannot get a hold of anyone to say prove that i subscribed and i want my full refund for this that you caused.

MTN in allowing this to happen you are hand in hand with the I will move my contracts to another service provider like Vodacom where they have better controls in place and this sort of things don't happen.

MTN should be the one providing me with proof that i subscribed
