This started the beginning of this year, when I applied for a line migration over to Telkom in which Telkom physically lost my line and I had to wait a month for them to sort out the problem. Most recently I applied for a line Upgrade from a 1meg line to a 2meg line this was on the 01/07/13. Telkom said it would take 48-72 hours to be completed. Today I went into Telkom to find out how far things were, first I was bounced around from one person to the next only to find out my order was cancelled for some reason and they would need to re-do the order and I would need to wait another 48-72 hours. the person who helped me was ill eager to and asked stupid questions like can you're area take a 2meg line. I stay in Goodwood by the way. I'm now paying my service provider which is Mweb for a 2meg packages which I cannot use due to Telkom's incompetence and lack of customer service. the first chance I get I'm changing my line over to Mweb and hopefully will never need to deal with Telkom and there incompetent staff.2
