Failure to transfer Domain

Cybersmart's hosting was SO bad we decided to move our hosting to another provider. Despite numerous attempts to accomplish this and numerous calls to their "call center", Cybersmart failed to follow the required steps. As a result, we have had no on line presence over a week and now have to submit ANOTHER request as the last one has expired.

We cannot believe that a business like Cybersmart manages to stay in business. It will be a cold day in before we recommend them to anyone. If there was an award for SA's shonkiest business, Cybersmart would be a clear "winner". Get your act together - the Johannesburg City Council is more professional than you.
